Lisa Kemme is a softball luminary and a well accomplished pitcher, graduating from Winthrop University in 1991 with a major in Graphic Design. In 1992, she founded The Pitcher's Mound, reshaping pitching techniques and inspiring aspiring athletes worldwide. As a dedicated advanced-pitching instructor, Lisa continues to leave an indelible mark on the sport she loves.

Ashlye is a veteran hitting instructor with two decades of experience. As an Owner and Lead Hitting Instructor at TPM Fastpitch, she has helped to guide athletes to collegiate scholarships, boasting a roster of USA National Team members, All-Americans and NCAA Champions.
