Cancellation Policy

Refunds are not given to those who no show a booked appointment, class, camp or clinic. If the 24 hour cancellation policy is met, a refund, or a facility credit, will be issued, whichever you prefer. Emergencies, and things out of our control, do happen often and we understand. If this is the case and it caused a missed appointment please let us know and we will issue a facility credit for your missed appointment.
